Refund policy
If you notice any defects or flaws in your items, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package at Benoah.apparel@gmail.com so we can rectify the issue for you.
*Please note: Orders cannot be adjusted or combined once placed.
RETURN POLICY:
- New, unworn, tags attached and in original packaging items may be eligible for a possible return within 14 days of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping.
- You will receive a refund in full minus the original shipping cost only once return is approved and process initiated by Benoah Apparel.
- We advise you to choose a tracked service when returning an item so you can provide us with a tracking number when returning merchandise.
- Please note: Benoah Apparel is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages in the shipping process.
- ALL Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
PARCEL REFUSAL OR RETURN:
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. We will NOT refund orders that are refused at the post office or returned without authorization. It is your responsibility to retrieve your purchased goods within the timeframe specified by the shipping agent after their attempt to deliver.
If your package is returned to us, without our authorization, you will be responsible for ALL shipping fees, including the return fee.
You must communicate with us within the timeframes mentioned above prior to returning any order fulfilled and shipped by us. It is at our discretion whether or not you are entitled to a refund if your parcel is refused or returned without our authorization.
